Disguise.AI is a texting assistant that helps you craft messages and responses. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and suggest replies based on your preferences and style.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Disguise.AI. If you are between 14 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited features
• Premium Subscription: $9.99/month for full access to all features
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Disguise.AI to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to manipulate or deceive others in harmful ways

7. Content & AI Limitations

• AI-generated suggestions are for assistance only - you are responsible for what you send
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
• You should review and edit suggestions before sending
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

Disguise.AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of Disguise.AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Disguise.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
